EnvirGalaxy provides digital design, web development, application development, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, all content, code, designs, and materials created by EnvirGalaxy remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the project contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (such as logos, text, and images), and approvals required to keep projects on schedule. Delays in client responses may result in adjusted project timelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
EnvirGalaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, loss of data, or business interruptions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
